1. Hire Agreement

All track mat hire is subject to availability. A hire agreement commences upon delivery of mats to the specified site and continues until mats are collected by Coastal Trackmats. Minimum hire period is one (1) week.

2. Pricing

Hire rates are $15.00 (AUD) per mat, per week. Delivery, collection and installation fees vary and are quoted separately. All prices quoted on this website, in the online calculator, and in written estimates are exclusive of GST. GST is added to the final tax invoice.

3. Delivery & Collection

Coastal Trackmats will deliver mats to the agreed location. The client must ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles. Standard mobilisation is within 48-72 hours. Priority 24-hour mobilisation is available where possible at no additional cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the care and security of mats while on-site. Mats must not be modified, cut, or altered in any way. The client must ensure mats are used within their rated load capacity of 60 tonnes.

5. Cleaning & Damage

A cleaning fee of $3.00 (excl. GST) per mat applies if mats are returned in an excessively dirty condition. The client is responsible for the cost of replacing any mats that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Liability

Coastal Trackmats provides mats in good working condition. The client assumes responsibility for the proper use and placement of mats on-site. Coastal Trackmats is not liable for any damage to the underlying ground surface resulting from conditions beyond the mat specifications.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. A late payment fee may apply to overdue accounts.
